o MTV Networks -- Rhapsody America LLC   Vice President of Product Strategy --- Aug '07 to Feb '08
Championed and helped execute agreement for joint venture between MTVN and Real Networks called Rhapsody America where by, MTVN received half ownership of Rhapsody along with a $200m integrated marketing buy. At Rhapsody I led integration efforts across MTV Network brands and managed New York product management, production and design teams. Also served as lead product strategist developing new digital music concepts and methods for promoting the Rhapsody Music Service.

During my 8 years at MTV Networks I've managed teams of 25+ addressing all manners of digital media and user experience. Created engaging, entertainment applications and new media experiences through interface design, site architecture, game design, ad/sponsorship integration, social networking, research & development.

o MTV Networks -- Digital Music Group   Vice President of Product Development --- Jul '04 to Aug '07
Spearheaded MTV Networks’ new digital music initiative. Developed desktop media management application with integrated digital music service called URGE which launched May, 2006. Integrated into the Windows Media Player 11 we developed an innovative way of accessing the catalogs of 200,000 artists. The CNET review stated: "It's a pleasure to use the service to discover new music, thanks to its gorgeous graphical interface" and the "Automix" feature was lauded by PC Magazine in the November '06 review stating; 'Urge stomps iTunes in the discover-new-music department.'

o MTV Networks --   Director of Product Development --- May '00 to July '04
Designed and developed: suite of community tools - convergent television/internet technologies - e-commerce platform – wireless platform/ringtone store – content management system, dozens of interactive games and original online programming around MTV’s strongest franchises: Real World, TRL, The Osbournes, Punk’d, MTV News and the Video Music Awards.

o Sony Online Entertainment   Creative Director --- Jul '97 to May '00
Creative lead for The Station during its reign as the #1 gaming site on the internet. In charge of The Station's user experience including design, architecture, product development and all web based conversion and retention mechanisms.

Managed team of ten Engineers and Designers building the leading online game service. Developed community services for the 8 million registered members; integrated games and sponsorships; spearheaded application development for desktop and handheld. Information Architecture and Web Development - Deadline based production for Frankfurt Balkind's diversified new media client base. Developed cutting edge sites to meet client's specialized needs. Developed for Microsoft, Towers Perrin, The Getty, Viacom, Sony, Mastercard and others.

o Billboard Magazine Product Manager --- Dec '94 to Jul '96
Product Manager Conceptualized and actualized web presence for Billboard magazine and Adweek magazine. Was key in developing the business strategy for all of BPI's online properties.

Designed and Programmed flagship web sites for Billboard and Adweek incorporating micro transactions, batch billing processes, HTML and javaScript. Maintained webmaster role for both sites. Designed print advertisements and planned solicitation campaigns and promotions for launch of new web sites and online services. Developed electronic publishing procedures for converting Quark layouts of 9 weekly magazines into archive database.

o Billboard Music Group Advertising Coordinator--- May '93 to Dec '94
Billboard Magazine and Airplay Monitor Magazine. Managed the trafficking of print ads. Managed space reservation for Billboard and the Monitors. Primary liaison between record label advertisers and in-house production dept. for all four Monitors. Daily client contact and deadline management.
